Aluminum Extrusion Capabilities

Aluminum extrusion workshop

Shaping Aluminum with Precision and Power

With 15 years of experience, Glory Aluminum has established a big aluminum extrusion plant in the South of China. Glory’s industrial facilities include 11 aluminium extrusion lines from 600 MT to 5000MT, and the annual capacity reaches 100,000 tons. The start of extrusion can be nothing but raw material. Different materials are called alloys and consist of different chemical components. Choosing the right alloy is important because it affects many of aluminium’s characteristics: formability, tensile strength, surface treatment options, machinability, and electrical conductivity. The professional skills of our sales department and profile engineers are at your service. Our material range, combined with a suitable temper, will give your product the specified properties. Available alloys and tempers are listed below.

Our Extrusion Process

Billet Heating

Aluminum billets are heated to the optimal extrusion temperature to ensure proper material flow and consistent mechanical properties.

2.Extrusion Process

The heated billet is forced through a precision-designed die using high-tonnage extrusion presses, forming the desired cross-sectional profile with high accuracy.

3.Quenching & Cooling

Profiles are rapidly cooled after extrusion to lock in mechanical properties and ensure structural integrity.

4.Stretching & Straightening

Extruded profiles are stretched to eliminate internal stress and improve straightness and dimensional accuracy.

5.Cutting & Aging

Profiles are cut to required lengths and undergo aging treatment to achieve the desired strength and hardness.
