Melting & Casting Capabilities

From Raw Aluminum to High-Quality Billets – Precision Starts Here

Our Melting & Casting Process

From molten aluminum to precision billets — quality is built into every step.

1.Raw Material Selection

We are situated in a region rich in aluminum resources

Baise City, Guangxi Province, China. We maintain a long-standing strategic partnership with the Guangxi Branch of Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco), which supplies us with approximately 500 tons of high-purity molten aluminum daily, delivered directly to the casting workshop at our facility.

Furthermore, all of this pure molten aluminum raw material undergoes rigorous inspection prior to smelting to ensure the consistency of its chemical composition and its purity.

2.Melting & Alloying

Using advanced melting furnaces, aluminum is heated under precise temperature control.

Alloying elements are added to produce standard grades such as 6063, 6061, 6082 and 6005, meeting international specifications.

3.Degassing & Refining

To enhance material quality, we perform degassing and refining processes to remove hydrogen and impurities.

This step significantly improves internal structure and surface finish of the final extrusion

4.Billet Casting

Molten aluminum is cast into cylindrical billets through controlled casting systems.

Careful cooling ensures uniform grain structure and minimizes internal defects.

5.Homogenization Treatment

Billets undergo homogenization heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and improve metallurgical structure.

This ensures optimal extrusion performance and consistent product quality.

Advanced Equipment & Capacity

High-efficiency melting furnaces with precise temperature control
Modern billet casting lines supporting multiple diameters
Homogenization furnaces for improved material properties
Annual casting capacity of 180,000+ tons
Our integrated production system allows full control from raw material to extrusion-ready billets.

Alloy Expertise

We provide a wide range of aluminum alloys tailored to different industries:

6063 Aluminum Alloy – Ideal for architectural applications with excellent surface finish
6061 Aluminum Alloy – High strength for structural and industrial use
6005 Aluminum Alloy – Suitable for transportation and heavy-duty applications
6082 Aluminum Alloy – High strength and excellent corrosion resistance, widely used in structural, transportation, and marine applications

Custom alloy compositions are also available based on specific project requirements.

Quality Assurance in Casting

Quality control is implemented throughout every stage of the melting and casting process:

Chemical composition analysis
Temperature monitoring and process control
Grain structure inspection
Surface defect detection

This ensures every billet meets strict quality standards before entering the extrusion process.
