Thermal Break Assembly Capabilities

Improving Energy Efficiency with Advanced Thermal Technology

Thermal break technology plays a critical role in modern aluminum systems by reducing heat transfer and improving overall energy performance.
Through precise assembly processes and high-quality insulating materials, we deliver aluminum profiles that meet the demanding requirements of energy-efficient buildings.
Designed to meet global energy-saving and sustainability requirements

What is Thermal Break?

Thermal break profiles are created by inserting a non-metallic insulating material between two aluminum sections, effectively minimizing thermal conductivity.

Our Thermal Break Assembly Process

1.Profile Preparationile Preparationion

Aluminum profiles are precisely extruded and surface-treated to ensure optimal bonding conditions.

2.Knurling (Surface Roughening)

Knurling is applied to the grooves of the aluminum profiles, creating a serrated surface that enhances the mechanical bonding strength between the aluminum and the insulating strip.

Knurling significantly improves the bonding strength and long-term stability of thermal break profiles.

3.Insulating Strip Insertion

High-quality polyamide thermal break strips (PA66 GF25) are inserted between aluminum sections.

4.Rolling & Crimping

Advanced rolling machines mechanically lock the aluminum profiles and insulating strips together, ensuring strong structural integrity.

5.Quality Inspection

Each assembled profile undergoes strict testing to ensure mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and thermal performance.

Thermal Performance Comparison

Thermal break technology significantly reduces heat transfer through aluminum profiles, improving overall energy efficiency.

Tested and validated through thermal simulation analysis.

Compared to non-thermal systems, thermally broken profiles demonstrate:

Up to 45% reduction in U-value
Significantly lower heat transfer from exterior to interior
Improved insulation performance and indoor comfort

The thermal simulation clearly illustrates how the insulating strip minimizes heat flow, creating an effective barrier between interior and exterior environments.
